We just purchased our second unit at Palm Island Resort. We love our new condo and look forward to all the time spent there. We bought our original condominium in part because of the exceptional tennis pro, art. Of course, we love the beach as well. The bluest water and great shelling. Palm Island is very special, and we consider everyone there family.
Visited Palm Island and fell in love with the place. Penny has an office on-site in the resort. She has been here for years and is the most knowledgeable person (never mind realtor) on the Island. She helped us purchase our 1 BR condo. Easy to work with. Upfront with all expected fees and issues living on an island. I still lean on her to do many favors even though it has been months since closing. Nobody is better for Palm Island Resort.
