In 1984, Palm Island Properties, Inc. was formed specifically as the sole, on-site real estate brokerage firm for the developers of Palm Island Resort. The company has built and sold millions of dollars in Resort Property and has retained its position as the dominant brokerage for Palm Island Resort re-sales. Through the years, the experience of selling coastal properties and the long-term participation with a vast network of local real estate agents from Boca Grande to Manasota Key have provided our brokerage with a library of valuable knowledge. Lisa Halpin
Lisa joined the operations side of Palm Island Resort 15 years ago. Moving from Michigan with a back ground in Hospitality management, she found the perfect new Florida work home at Palm Island Resort. The knowledge she has gained through her the resort experience is a great asset to her real estate role. A firm believer that relationships make the world a better place, Lisa looks forward to serving the island community and can’t think of a better way to spend work days than with you, helping you find your island dream home.
Penny Hazen
A native of Massachusetts, Penny brings over 30 years of real estate experience to Palm Island. Penny’s heart and thoughts continue to be at Palm Island. Her breadth of knowledge gained through countless real estate closings is invaluable to the success she has brought so many. After years of experience as a broker associate, she now brings her leadership to the process as the Broker for Palm Island Properties. What is most important to Penny is the friendships she has realized with Palm Island property owners and the properties team
